The attempt is to discuss the Arab Spring and its aftermath and how it affected each one of the interviewed women, and their close circles and countries in the region, specially after the 17 Ocotober Revolution in Lebanon, and the role of women growing in such revolutions, imposing itself and confronting all patriarchal fixed believes in our societies.

The reading of NOA # 4 has been launched and was made possible at Wiels in Brussels at the bookshop, during the exhibition “Risquons Tous” in 2021, curated by Dirk Snauwaert. Facilitations and coordinations were made possibel thanks to Helena Kritis’ and the rest of the active team at Wiels.

Readings were also possible, among other places, at Colombo Public Library, in Sri Lanka during Colomboscope 2021/22, as part of “Language is Migrant”, carefully made possible by curators Natasha Ginwala, Anushka Rajendran and Shanika Perera and the team at Colomboscope.
